Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking date and time.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Luniva Collection & Parties reserves the right to cancel a booking if final payment is not received by the due date.


Minimum Spend

Hosted parties are subject to a minimum spend equivalent to 8 participants.

If guest numbers fall below the minimum spend, the minimum booking fee will still apply.


Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Additional guests may be accommodated on the day where possible but are subject to material availability.

Any additional guests attending on the day will be charged accordingly.


Travel Fees

Travel within 12km of Coburg North is included in the party price.

For locations outside of this area, a travel fee may apply and will be quoted based on the location and travel time required.

Any applicable travel fees will be advised prior to booking confirmation.


Additional Host Requirements

Parties with 17 or more participants require a second party host to ensure all guests receive adequate support and supervision throughout the activity.

An additional host fee of $80 will apply.


Booking Notice & Stock Ordering

Party materials and supplies are ordered once a booking deposit has been received.

To ensure sufficient time for stock to arrive and be prepared, we generally require a minimum of 3-4 weeks notice for party bookings.

Last-minute bookings may be accommodated where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to stock availability.

If specific colours, themes, activities or customised items have been requested, additional notice may be required and additional fees may apply.


Parent Supervision

A parent, guardian or responsible adult must remain present at the venue for the duration of the event.

Our activities are generally recommended for children aged 6 years and over.

For younger children, a parent or guardian must be actively involved and available to assist where required.


Cancellations

The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable.

If the client chooses to cancel their booking without rescheduling, the deposit paid is  non-refundable as materials, stock and staffing may have already been arranged.

If Luniva Collection & Parties is unable to attend or is required to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered either:

• A full refund of all monies paid, or
• The option to transfer the booking to a new mutually agreed date.

Luniva Collection & Parties will make every reasonable effort to provide as much notice as possible should a cancellation be necessary.


Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where sufficient notice is provided and an alternative date is available, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to a new date.

Rescheduling requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.


Safety

Some activities involve small parts including beads, charms, rhinestones, patches and other decorative materials which may present a choking hazard for young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether activities are suitable for their child.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards party hosts, equipment and other guests.


Liability

Luniva Collection & Parties holds Public Liability Insurance and all party hosts hold a valid Working With Children Check.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Luniva Collection & Parties accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in activities, except where required by law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is safe, suitable and accessible for the planned activity.


Photography

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during events for use on our website, social media platforms and promotional material.

If you do not wish for photographs of your child or guests to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
