Party FAQs
PARTY SET UP
We come to you, whether it be your home or chosen party venue.
Please allow 15 minutes prior to the party for set up and 15 minutes afterwards for pack down.
You're welcome to add your own decorations, flowers, balloons or centrepieces to match your party theme.
INCLUSIONS
Tables, table coverings and chairs are not included in the party price.
A trestle table can be provided on request for an additional $10. Each table comfortably seats up to 8 children. Please note we do not supply chairs.
For activities involving glue, gems, charms or decorating materials, we recommend covering your tables with a plastic or disposable tablecloth to protect surfaces.
A disposable table cover can be provided for an additional $10 upon request, as well as customised place mats for an additional $10.
All materials, tools, trays, containers and equipment supplied by Luniva Collection & Parties remain our property unless otherwise stated.
Children keep all completed creations to take home as party favours.
Food, drinks and birthday cake are not included.

Personalised placemats can be designed to match your party theme, colours or interests.
For mature-aged events, please contact us about arranging grazing boxes, champagne, drinks or other special additions.
ADDITIONAL HOSTING FEES
Parties with 17 guests or more require a second party host to ensure all guests receive adequate support and the activities run smoothly.
An additional host fee of $80 applies.
SERVICE AREAS
We are based in Coburg North and happily travel throughout Melbourne.
Travel within 12km of Coburg North is included in your party price.
For locations further afield, a travel fee may apply and will be calculated based on your location and the travel time required.
Any applicable travel fees will be provided when your party quote is prepared.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our activities are generally recommended for children aged 6 years and over.
For younger children, a parent or guardian must remain actively involved in the activity and available to assist where required.
Some activities contain small parts such as beads, charms, rhinestones and decorative embellishments which may pose a choking hazard for young children.
All party hosts hold a valid Working With Children Check and Public Liability Insurance.
Luniva Collection & Parties accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained during the event.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party.
Payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card.
Our parties have a minimum spend equivalent to 8 guests. Please contact us if you have a smaller group and we will do our best to accommodate.
